New Warhammer boxed game: Island of Blood
The new Warhammer boxed game contents have been formally announced by Games Workshop.
Warhammer: Island of Blood contains 74 miniatures for the High Elf and Skaven armies, a pocket sized, 200-page Warhammer rulebook, a getting started guide, 10 dice, 2 Artillery Dice, 3 templates, and 2 plastic range rulers.
The box includes the following High Elf miniatures:
- 1 High Elf Prince on Griffon
- 1 High Elf Mage
- 10 High Elf Lothern Sea Guard
- 10 High Elf Sword Masters of Hoeth
- 5 Ellyrian Reavers
The box includes the following Skaven miniatures:
- 1 Skaven Warlord
- 1 Skaven Warlock Engineer
- 40 Skaven Clanrats
- 1 Skaven Master Moulder
- 2 Skaven Rat Ogres
- 1 Skaven Warpfire Thrower
- 1 Skaven Poisoned Wind Mortar
All 74 these models are exclusive to the Island of Blood boxed set.
The Island of Blood represents great value for money, coming in at £0.81 per model based on RRP, not counting the fact that the box contains all the game rules and a host of gaming accessories.
